What is NCIPR?
Novel Coronavirus (COVID) Illness - Patient Report
What is the purpose of this study?
We want to learn about the experiences of individuals that became ill with COVID-19 (coronavirus; also called SARS-CoV-2). We believe that gathering this information close to the time when people were sick will help doctors and researchers everywhere to understand what people experienced, where they went for help and how they feel now. We are also interested in how this may vary from person to person, so we will also ask some basic demographic questions.
Who can participate?
The survey should only be completed by individuals that suspect or are sure they have had COVID-19 illness. The survey is about what it was like when you were sick.
Will I be paid for being in this study?
At the end of the survey you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card. One out of 30 people that participate will win. (good luck!)
How long will I be in the study?
The survey takes less than 10 minutes.
